Train Dispatcher 2 Track Territory Libraries

Signal Computer Consultants maintains two track territory libraries on this Web Page. One of these is the "Customer Contributed (Free)" library which consists of track territories Track Builder customers have created and contributed to this library. The other is the "For Sale" library which consists of territories developed by Signal Computer Consultants and their customers. These territories sell for $5.00 per territory.

You can download territories from the "for sale" library to view. But you cannot run the territory simulation unless you purchase the appropriate password from Signal Computer Consultants. To download territories click on the file name to download. These are self-extracting zip files. After downloading, execute this file and it will automatically create the track territory file you requested.

If you submitted a territory for the "for sale" library and it was not included in the track territory groups, it is still under consideration for inclusion in the next group of territories we plan to release on 17 January, 1999.

You can now download individual territories in the "Customer Contributed (Free)" Library. Click on the file name to download. These are self-extracting zip files. After downloading, execute this file and it will automatically create the track territory file you downloaded.

Several customers have asked if we check the territories in the "Customer Contributed (Free)" library for computer virus. Track territory files are data files that are processed by our program (Train Dispatcher 2) when you load them. They cannot introduce a virus into computer. We assure you that all track territories are virus free.

If you wish to contribute territories to either the "free" or "for sale" territory libraries, attach the the files to an e-mail and send them to signal@usaor.net or you can send a diskette by mail to:

To contribute to the "free" library send the .trk files. To submit your territory to the "for sale" library send the .lay files. If Signal Computer Consultants accepts your territory for the "for sale" library we will pay you a 15% royalty on the territory sales. If developing territories for the "for sale" library, please attempt to limit the horizontal grid size to horizontal grid square 98 ( x = 98). However, like every rule there are exceptions.
