We thought it might be a good idea to post some of our guests' thoughts as a way of providing additional information to prospective renters about 707 Maisons sur Mer. The quotes below were taken from the Guest Book in our condo, and all guests quoted below have given their permission for us to publish their comments about our condo.

"This is our first time staying at a condo (we usually stay at a hotel). All we can say is WOW! We are spoiled now! This place is beautiful. We have only been to Myrtle Beach once before about 8 years ago. We had a great week. The weather was nice. We all enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The view is wonderful. We are from Maryland so it's a long drive for us, but we definitely want to come back again and hopefully stay in your condo. "Love the new stove and fridge. Been staying at Maisons since 1980. Tried several units -- sometimes 3 units at a time -- yours is really the nicest. Weather has been fine all week -- beats last year's rain! The stronger light bulbs are great for reading. The homey touches make for a lovely place to stay. "Your second home is lovely and we have enjoyed our week in Myrtle Beach. Our family celebrated 2 birthdays and an anniversary this week -- Dad was 82 on the 14th and Mom & Dad's 52nd. The view is fabulous! We enjoyed the breezes as we sat on the balcony each day. Thank you for sharing your home with us. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever seen (and my husband does most of the vacation cooking!) Every furnishing and painting has been enjoyed as we relaxed and unwound from our daily responsibilities. I enjoyed several books from your shelves, the music and living a leisurely life without stress this week. "We have stayed in your beautiful, comfortable unit 3 - 4 times (or more). After 27 years, which is how long we have been coming to Maisons, your might forget how many times you have stayed in a certain unit, but you never forget your favorite unit and that is 707. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and I could sit out here for hours and do. Your condo is always so clean. When I come in I don't feel like I need to fix a bucket of bleach water and start scrubbing nor do I feel like I have to Lysol the whole place before I sit down on the furniture or go to bed at night. This has been a wonderful week for our family. Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with us. We are looking to buy here in the near future and have determined for sure that the #7 floor plan is our favorite. Truly 707 would be our pick if it was on the market but since it's not we'll continue to try to rent every summer.
