All reservations for 707 Maisons sur Mer are made directly with the owners of the property, Tom and Janet Levine. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance of the rental period. You can make a reservation by contacting us by e-mail (condo@signalcc.com) or by telephone (888-872-4612). Please specify the week or weeks your would like to reserve and provide your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (if applicable). The telephone number above is the toll-free number of our business, Softrail, Inc. A call made to the toll-free number will reach our office during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. E.S.T. Mon. - Fri.) and ring through to our cell phone after hours. The most convenient time for us to accept calls about our condo is after 5 p.m. We answer the business phone until 10 p.m. E.S.T.
We have voice mail to accept calls
when we are not available. We would prefer that a toll-free number
not be provided for the call back. We recently
had a very frustrating experience with two calls from a potential
customer in Canada that both came in when we were not available.
Both times a personal toll-free number with an 866 area code was
left for the call back. This toll free number was not accessible
from any of the area codes from which we could call, so we had
no way of getting back in touch with this potential customer.
The procedures
outlined below apply to weekly reservations made with more than
six weeks notice. We have separate procedures for reservations
made less than six weeks in advance of the time period desired
and for long-term monthly reservations. Please call us at 888-872-4612
(toll-free) if you would like to reserve our condo for a time
period that is less than six weeks from now or if you would like
to reserve on a monthly basis during the off season.
For weekly reservations made with more than six weeks notice the following procedures apply:
Upon acceptance of a reservation we will update the "Availability" sub-page or our website (www.signalcc.com/condo/avail.html) to show the week(s) as tentatively reserved, send the rental agreement via regular mail, and send an e-mail notification of acceptance of the tentative reservation (if an e-mail address is provided).
A reservation deposit in the amount of $400 per week is required to confirm a reservation. The reservation deposit should be remitted with the signed rental agreement. We will hold a reservation for ten (10) days in anticipation of receiving the signed rental agreement and reservation deposit. The rental agreement will specify when the reservation deposit is due. If the signed rental agreement and reservation deposit are not received in a timely fashion, the tentative reservation will be cancelled.
The reservation deposit can be remitted in the form of a money order, personal check, or credit card payment (MasterCard, VISA, or Discover). Please make checks payable to Janet H. Levine. The address to which to send the signed rental agreement and reservation deposit is:

McMurray, PA 15317Upon receipt of the signed rental agreement and reservation deposit we will update the "Availability" subpage of our website (www.signalcc.com/condo/avail.html) to show the reservation as confirmed. The reservation deposit will be applied to the total bill for the condo rental.
In addition to the weekly rental rate, the total bill for the condo rental will include local accommodation taxes (12%) and a $100 security deposit per rental week. The security deposit will be fully refunded upon key return if the unit is vacated in the same condition in which it was found.
The balance of the total bill for the condo rental is due at least four weeks prior to the rental date. Payment of the balance can be in the form of a money order, personal check, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover.
Keys are mailed approximately 14 days prior to the reservation date.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: we will refund all monies deposited if written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the rental period and the unit is re-rented. In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a full refund will be made for all reserved nights not used.
