Availability & Rates     

You must scroll down to see the availability calendar for time periods in 2010 and 2011. Below are our 2010 rates:

The South Carolina and Horry County sales and accommodations taxes (12% of rental rate), to which all rentals less than 90 days are subject, are not included in the rates in the chart above.

Weeks in 2011 will be booked at the rates of corresponding 2010 weeks until we publish a new 2011 rate schedule.

Linen/towel service and departure cleaning are included in the rates above.

A rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday. During the summer vacation season we rent only full Saturday to Saturday weeks. Rentals during other times of the year are subject to a 3-night minimum, with the additional requirement that all nights must fall within one regular Saturday to Saturday week. Nightly rates are approximately 1/6 of the appropriate weekly rate. Contact us for nightly rates.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m

Rentals of multiple weeks in a calendar year to the same guest are subject to a discount of $100 off the weekly rate for the second and subsequent weeks.

Cancellations do occur, especially if the reservation has not yet been confirmed with a reservation deposit. Please check back frequently if a week in which you are interested is not currently available.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: we will refund all monies deposited if written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the rental period and the unit is re-rented.

In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a full refund will be made for all reserved nights not used.
